Have questions about our vacation home rentals? We've got answers. Check out our frequently asked questions to learn more about our rental process, policies, and amenities.   • Can I have an early or late Check-in?
    Possibly yes, but please contact us to arrange a early or late check-in.
  • Can I check out late?
    Perhaps. Please contact us directly. if not, please understand that the cleaning team will need to prep the home for the next guest.
  • Where is the Wi-Fi Information?
    Please see the welcome sheet once you check-in with us and one of our team member will send you over that information.
  • What supplies are included in the home?
    Linens & towels are provided. There is an initial supply of soap, detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Supplies will not be restocked during your stay.
  • What is your hours of operation?
    Our hours of operation are from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. If we do not pick up, please leave us a message, or text and we will get back to you asap. Please leave any questions or concerns so we can get you a quick response.
  • What if we need help with our vacation rental?
    Please contact us immediately if you have concerns or questions so we can assist you in a timely manner. Communication is paramount to address issues. When you leave a message, please include your name, house name or address, and your concern.
  • Do you live and work in Fort Lauderdale, Florida?
    We are available by appointment only. We permanently reside in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
  • Are towels and sheets provided?
    Yes. Towels and sheets are provided for guests before you arrive.
  • Can I open the windows and sliding doors?
    Not recommended for long periods of time. Insects such as mosquitos, ants, and no-see-ums, or biting midges, can get into the house. Humidity can cause damage and mold growth inside the house.
  • What temperature should I set the air-conditioning in the house at?
    Ideally, 78 degrees Fahrenheit. Please do not set the temperature less than 73 degrees Fahrenheit due to the risk of damage to the AC system. Decreasing temperature can increase electricity consumption. When you leave the house, please set the temperature to 79 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • How do I heat the spa?
    Please see instructions located inside the home.
  • Is the pool heated 24/7?
    No. The pool is heated during the day between 8:00AM - 5:00PM. The pool pump will shut off late afternoon and begin in the morning.
  • Can I heat the pool and spa at the same time?
    No. Please see instructions on how to heat either the pool or spa.
  • Is the pool preheated before our arrival?
    No. Pools are not preheated before the guests arrive unless requested.
  • Is the pool maintained while we are here?
    Yes, the pool company comes once a week to clean the pool. The pool company will leave a note on how long the pool should not be used for if chemicals are applied to the pool. Please do not lock the pool area in case a technician comes to clean the pool.
  • Do you have a propane tank for the BBQ grill?
    Some homes come with a second propane tank in the garage. If not, it is the guest's responsibility to refill the propane tank. Please check to see if you have propane in your tank prior to grilling. Please go to the nearest grocery store, gas station, or home depot / Lowes to refill the gas tank.
